EMS is equipped with state of the art CNC milling and turning centers as well as the latest CAD software. Combined with our expertise in machining, we have the ability to process a wide spectrum of materials including exotic materials such as Titanium and Inconel alloys.

Our machining department is designed to provide you with flexibility. If you require large production runs or prototypes, your parts can be delivered complete. This includes additional services such as: Heat Treating, Anodizing & Passivation, Painting, Powder Coating, Electroless Nickel, PVD, Laser Engraving and Silk Screening.

Our products are stringently inspected with our Apex 700 Series Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) which ensures that every critical dimension of your part has been checked and verified to your print. We are capable of machining tolerances down to +/-.0001”.
